The Company

STAIN ENGINEERING S.r.l. is an engineering company focused on developing projects and providing consulting services. We specialize particularly in electrical and mechanical systems, fire prevention and protection, and energy efficiency consulting. We work with both the public sector, including Hospitals, Schools and Universities, and Infrastructure projects, as well as with private clients, whether investors or businesses. For some time, we have been developing our projects by seeking methodologies and solutions to improve the quality of the services we offer and optimize our operational processes.

Our Team and Locations

STAIN Engineering S.r.l. operates from two offices: its historical location in Trento and a more recently established one at Viale Abruzzi 89 in Milan.

Around thirty experienced professionals work between these two centers. This organization, structured according to certified quality management protocols (ISO 9001), is equipped to handle complex projects covering the full range of public and private construction, including and extending beyond plant engineering systems.

Our Approach

Our design approach is always integrated with the analysis of the building's energy performance and ensuring user comfort. We make choices that complement architectural decisions to optimize the building's performance through targeted system design.

Our company has long embraced building design from these perspectives. It is no coincidence that we have participated in the construction of buildings designed according to LEED Certification principles, which is often applied to public buildings as well.

STAIN pays close attention to materials, their connection to the local area – considering both cultural ties and their availability and customary use by local workers and companies – as well as their potential for reuse and recycling, and more.
